Batch Board

Privacy policy

Last updated October 23, 2026

Batch Board is production-scheduling software for food makers. This page explains what information it keeps, why, and who can see it.

What we keep

How we use it

Only to run Batch Board for your company: to show your orders, schedule production, and keep stock and deliveries. We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers that host the app (Vercel and Supabase), who process it only on our behalf.

Google and Microsoft data

When you connect Google Sheets, Batch Board asks for access only to the files you pick in Google's file picker (the drive.file permission). When you connect Microsoft Excel, it reads the workbook you pick on OneDrive or SharePoint. In both cases it only reads: it never changes, deletes or shares your files, and it reads only the routing sheet you chose, to turn its rows into orders in your Batch Board account.

Batch Board's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from Google or Microsoft is not used to train AI models, is not sold, and is not read by people except when you ask us for help with your account or the law requires it.

Who can see your company's data

Only the people you add to your company in Batch Board. Each company's data is kept separate and protected by access rules in the database.

Keeping and deleting data

Your data is kept while your account is open. Disconnecting Google, Microsoft or QuickBooks in Settings deletes the stored sign-in token straight away; you can also remove Batch Board's access from your Google or Microsoft account settings at any time. To delete your account and your company's data, ask us through the email address on the sign-in screen's consent page, and we'll delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it. Backups are kept for 30 days.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, and connected-account tokens are encrypted when stored.
